Translate artwork into a knitted structure
We develop multicolour intarsia, jacquard, geometric motifs and graphic patterns for brand collections. Send the artwork, intended placement, garment measurements and colour references so the design can be reviewed in relation to gauge and yarn.
Choose the technique during development
Intarsia and jacquard require different construction and programming decisions. The best approach depends on the artwork, colour areas, repeat, garment shape and desired handle. We assess feasibility and develop a sample to make those choices tangible.
In-house programming connects design and production
Stitch and pattern programming takes place internally. Sample approval establishes the agreed artwork, colours, measurements and construction before production. Technical complexity affects development costs and machine time; a detailed quote follows the project review.

What should I send for an intarsia or jacquard enquiry?
Send artwork, colour references, intended garment type, measurements or tech pack, yarn preferences, quantities and target dates.
Can patterned knitwear be produced in small batches?
Our starting minimum is 20 per style and colour with at least 5 per size. Yarn and technical requirements are reviewed for the specific design.
